Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor dry roasting machines to achieve desired color, texture, and flavor based on product type.
  • Maintain a strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or technical diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English language. Arabic or Urdu languages are also beneficial.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience operating roasting machines, preferably in the nuts or snacks industry.
  • Strong understanding of nut behavior during roasting (time, temperature sensitivity).
  • Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Basic computer and data recording skills.
