Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of red herring prospectus and offer documents for public issues, private placements, initial public offerings (IPO), and qualified institutional placements (QIP).">
  • Provide advisory services to listed companies and market intermediaries on statutory and regulatory compliances, including signing off on day-to-day compliance obligations with Stock Exchanges and SEBI.">
  • Conduct due diligence on potential transactions and provide recommendations to clients.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of capital markets laws and regulations. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • LLB degree from a recognized institution.">
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in capital markets law or a related field.">
