Job Title: Strategic Business Development Specialist
">The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities in the Automotive market and developing competitive offers that meet customer needs.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the Automotive market opportunity and identify gaps in existing business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Automotive industry to increase business through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers' R&D teams and TDK's corresponding development department to drive innovation and improvement.
- Develop and submit technical and commercial offers to customers, negotiate agreements, and oversee order closure.
- End-to-end execution of orders from receipt to post-order complaint resolution.
- Demand planning, sales forecasting, budgeting, performance review, and course correction are integral components of this function.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of customers, products, applications, requirements, turnover, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve design wins at existing and new customers for existing/new applications.
- Stay abreast of industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, and relevant technologies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field required. 5-6 years of experience in the Electronics Components or Semiconductor industry preferred.
