**Job Title:** Virtual Mental Health Counselor

**Job Description:

We are seeking skilled mental health professionals to provide online consultations via our platform. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from your preferred location. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct online sessions with patients, addressing their mental health concerns and providing counseling support for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and lifestyle challenges.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online consultations using voice, video, or chat platforms.
  • Provide empathetic and professional counseling services to patients.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and update them in our system after each consultation.

**Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Applied) is required.
  • Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You should have 0-5 years of experience in clinical or counseling roles, with freshers also welcome.
  • Strong communication skills in English or regional languages, preferably Hindi.
  • You must possess empathy, patience, and professionalism in your approach.
