Leading Financial Manager

This finance manager job is an exciting opportunity for a financially savvy leader to combine project-level financial management with corporate accounting responsibilities.
- Review bids, proposals, and agreements for financial compliance and client requirements.
- Set up projects in ERP systems in line with company policy.
- Collect and maintain legal documentation for sub-consultants.
- Provide financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
- Ensure revenue recognition compliance with GAAP ASC 606 and other standards.
- Maintain accurate corporate and local accounting records.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
- Handle tax computations, filings, and local compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years' accounting experience in a professional services environment; AEC industry preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience.
- ERP experience (Deltek Vision required).
