
Digital Media Strategist

About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead paid media planning and campaign optimization for our clients and internal brands across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, App) platforms.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving results by leveraging their expertise in paid media planning, campaign execution, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, return on ad spend, and cost per conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
- Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid media key performance indicators like click-through rate, return on ad spend, cost per click, and cost per conversion.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
