Statistical Programmer/Principal Statistical Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled Statistical Programmer/Principal Statistical Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical analysis methods and tools to support our research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement statistical analysis methods and tools to support research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop experimental designs.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation under the guidance of senior statisticians.
  • Communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead projects independently and work effectively across functions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in R and/or SAS programming.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in a statistical programming language.
  • Interpersonal/teamwork and communications skills for effective customer consultation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • Clinical data experience.
  • Technical growth and application with working knowledge of experimental design and statistics.
