Senior Financial Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Modeling Specialist to lead and manage high-profile engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, insurance companies, and corporates. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of IFRS 9 model development, ECL computation, and credit risk management.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing default and recovery rate models, including roll rate analysis, periodic default rates, statistical methods, regression models, Markov chains, and other relevant techniques.
  • Strong project management skills are essential to direct the assigned engagements and provide updates to business unit leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IFRS 9/ IndAS 109, PD/LGD/EAD model development and validation, ECL calculation, and clarity on the IFRS 9 standard and regulatory requirements.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, Python, R, SAS, and ability to write and speak fluently in English.
