Job Summary:


   We are seeking a Strategic Data Insights Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for bridging communication gaps between business users and technical support resources.


   Your primary role will involve working directly with business users to understand their requirements and providing recommendations on displaying data in reports or visual dashboards. You will also be responsible for extracting and analyzing various reports from multiple data sources and MIS reporting.


   To succeed in this position, you will need solid experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in insurance. Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL is required. Good communication skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude are also essential.


   Preferred qualifications include expertise in MS Excel/VBA Macros, awareness of basic SQL concepts, familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI and database Ms-Access. Any graduate with a BSc/BCom degree is preferred.
