Job Title:

  • Internal Control Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our financial systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will oversee the complete internal finance control of financial and administrative functions and business, including managing financial transactions, assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  2. You will formulate and document the internal finance control (IFC) framework for financial and administrative functions and business, ensuring that it aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Your key responsibility will be to ensure complete compliance with IFC standards for financial and administrative functions and business, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. You will manage the internal control and departmental operating authority (DOA) matrix in SAP, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
  5. In addition, you will assist in preparing reports to the board and audit committee on IFC compliance, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
