Job Title: Product Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • User-Centered Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.
  • Design Creation: Transform complex processes into simple, elegant designs that enhance usability and overall user experience.
  • Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • Simplify Complex Processes: Regularly audit and test designs to improve and optimize existing designs, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences.
Skills and Expertise Required:
  • 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.
  • Ability to lead and foster creativity within a design team.
