Job Title: Study Abroad Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven professional to head our Study Abroad counselling operations and regional business development.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of counsellors specialising in MBBS and Nursing Abroad programmes.
  • Conduct high-level counselling sessions with potential students and parents, driving admissions forward.
  • Develop and execute strategies for seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions in schools, colleges, hospitals, nursing institutions, and coaching centres.
  • Foster and maintain partnerships with local institutions, hospitals, nursing associations, and regional education hubs.
  • Cultivate offline affiliate networks to generate a consistent lead pipeline.
  • Drive enrolments and revenue growth for MBBS and Nursing Abroad programmes.
  • Ensure seamless documentation, compliance, visa filing, and CRM management across the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (Medical, Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in counselling/sales for Study Abroad, Healthcare, or Recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in offline lead generation, seminars, or institutional partnerships.
  • Prior team leadership or sales management roles are strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of MBBS Abroad markets and Nursing Abroad pathways.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow regional presence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
