Senior Finance Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Business Analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, finance, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of business processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally to eliminate inefficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on process transformation, aligning solutions with business needs.
  • Manage business requirements and demand for the Finance department with a focus on delivering end-to-end, sustainable solutions.
  • Establish governance, performance metrics, and process ownership for transparency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to digitize and automate key processes ensuring UAT, adoption, and value realization.
  • Champion data-driven decision making through process mining, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Lead change management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of industrial experience, including 5+ years with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Signavio, and MS Visio.
  • Proficiency in SAP processes and Signavio with Finance & Accounts experience spanning banking, treasury, taxation, payments, and logistics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team collaboration and change management.
  • Qualifications: MBA/MCA/BTech/BE/MCOM/BBA/CA/CMA or equivalent.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Signavio, SAP, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus.
