Okta Support Engineer

  • ">
  • This role is responsible for supporting and managing the OKTA platform, ensuring maximum security, organizational collaboration, and lifecycle automation whilst delivering a first-class user experience to employees, partners, and clients.
  • You will support the business effectively and securely while innovating the Okta environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting technical teams in implementing strategic IDAM objectives.
  • Providing 2nd Line technical support to a wide user base.
  • Supporting application integrations into the OKTA service for authentication and authorization purposes.
  • Managing designated team members.
  • Maintaining CMDB, Service Catalogue, and technical documentation related to IDAM configuration items.
  • Participating in the IDAM Change Management process.

Requirements:

  • Certified Okta Administrator or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of IDAM solutions, including Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
  • Understanding of SSO implementations, including SAML/OpenID integrations.
  • Minimum 3 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations.
  • Experience with conditional access controls on access management solutions.
  • Product management & support skills.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of AD/LDAP, AAD, AADC, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group Policy.
  • Experience working in global, complex environments.
