We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our HCL Software team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure support, with expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities include translating application requirements into cloud architecture, deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of networking principles and protocols, containerized environments, and load balancers.

Familiarity with configuration management tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet/Chef, is also essential.

A strong understanding of security best practices, including IAM policies and roles, SSL, and KMS, is necessary.

Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, incident management, change management, and other ITIL processes.

A good written and verbal communication skillset, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences are required.

Other key qualifications include practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC), and the ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can deliver and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with at least one operating system: Linux, Ubuntu, or Windows.
