Electrical Systems Leadership Role

As a seasoned professional in electrical engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of MRSS electrical systems. This position requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on project management, team collaboration, and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive electrical system designs
  • Managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting MRSS electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including regular safety audits
  • Leading and mentoring electrical engineers and technicians to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with vendors to procure electrical equipment and services, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 9 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing MRSS systems. Proficiency in electrical design software and knowledge of electrical codes and standards are essential. Experience with high-voltage systems is also beneficial.
