Product Opportunity Analyst

We are seeking a Product Opportunity Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing new product opportunities in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing market data and trends to identify potential product/molecule opportunities across therapies.
  • Conducting preliminary IP landscaping of products with respect to various patents globally.
  • Developing business cases for new products proposed for portfolio selection.
  • Tracking market updates, competitor analysis, and identifying new entry channels through in-licensing and other opportunities.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape in pharma across markets.
  • Good knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements in the US, EU, and emerging markets.
  • Formulation selection process expertise, including medical uniqueness, commercial forecasting, and fitment with company technical capabilities.
  • Data analysis skills, including forecasting, patient funneling, and pricing strategy.
  • Proficiency in data platforms like IQVIA, Corelli's, IPD analytics, and global data.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • M. Pharm/M.Sc Chemistry/MBA (preferably from a Tier I institute/university).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in portfolio, strategy, and/or IPM.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical research and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
