Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and deploying innovative marketing solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Your technical expertise will enable you to design and implement personalized customer journeys that drive engagement and deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data-driven marketing campaigns that leverage SFMC's personalization capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and automations to enhance customer experiences.
  • Integrate SFMC with external systems through APIs and connectors, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal disruption.
  • Maintain compliance with best practices for data security, privacy, and deliverability.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong technical skills in SFMC, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio. Proficiency in AMP script, SSJS, and SQL is also essential for advanced customization and segmentation. Experience with API integrations and a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and improving customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) and its integration with SFMC.
