About the Role

This role is designed for individuals with expertise in data analysis, particularly in digital experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis, creation of dashboards, and partnering with technology partners to provide strategic insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data analysis and creation of visualizations using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop measurement plans and provide actionable insights.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Evaluating feature priorities based on expected outcomes and measuring the total impact of new features and experiences on customer performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, with experience working with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and SQL. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
