About the Role :

As a key member of our project teams, you will work with us and client team members to develop political and campaign strategy for our clients. You will plan and manage the end-to-end execution of campaign strategies, coordinate with campaign teams, and manage stakeholder engagements.

The role involves close interaction with political leaders and organizers at various levels. This comes with significant exposure, but also raises expectations on maintaining confidentiality, displaying exemplary client management skills, and delivering high performance.

You will provide insights to internal stakeholders on campaign progress and effectiveness through continuous reporting and analysis. Evening and weekend work, as well as extensive travel, are often required.

Position Requirements :

This position requires work in West Bengal and selected individuals will be expected to travel across the state and interact with multiple stakeholders.

We seek intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of working in the consulting industry.

Key requirements include excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

In addition to this, we require :

1. The ability to contribute ideas and strategies towards campaign initiatives

2. Strong project management skills to oversee campaign initiatives from start to finish

3. Research and analytical skills to present findings and formulate effective on-ground initiatives

4. High-quality problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions for complex issues

5. A strong bias for action and the ability to handle ambiguity effectively

Desired Qualification & Experience :

1. A degree from a top academic institution is preferred

2. 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar fields is an added advantage

3. Willingness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal is essential

4. Familiarity with West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus

5. Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali is desirable
