Key Digital Transformation Leader

The ideal candidate will drive innovation and efficiency across our operations by overseeing a team of Business Analysts and developing key digital strategies.

  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT software applications to enhance business processes and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.

Key Result Areas:

1. Digital Transformation Strategy & Execution

  • Development and approval of a 3-year digital transformation roadmap within the first six months.
  • On-time and on-budget delivery of key digital projects (e.g., new software implementation).

2. Software Solution Implementation & Adoption

  • Reduction in average time to complete service-related tasks due to new software.
  • Achievement of user adoption rates within a specified timeframe.

3. Team Management & Development

  • Successful recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Completion of professional development goals for all team members.

4. Business Process Optimization & Efficiency

  • Quantifiable reduction in operational costs or increased revenue from new digital processes.
  • Improvement in key performance metrics.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Regular progress reports to the CIO and executive team.
