MEP Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled MEP design specialist to join our innovative team of designers. This individual will play a crucial role in preparing detailed MEP drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using Autocad.

The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, civil engineers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure seamless design-to-delivery coordination. Key responsibilities include developing accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit, collaborating with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination, and preparing BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.
  • Excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
