Advanced SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced SEO Specialist to spearhead our search engine optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute cutting-edge SEO strategies to enhance client online visibility, drive organic traffic, and achieve top search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to meet client objectives and improve search engine rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee technical SEO tasks, including site structure, schema markup, and page speed optimization, to ensure websites are search-engine friendly.
  • Manage on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and images to improve relevance and user experience.
  • Lead link-building efforts, including strategy development, outreach, and backlink analysis, to build domain authority.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior SEO team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting strategies and results to clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and a deep understanding of how search algorithms work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership skills, able to mentor junior staff and work closely with other departments.
Tools Knowledge Required:
  • Expertise in using SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Yoast SEO, All in One SEO, Google Data Studio, Google My Business, etc.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, including the use of plugins for SEO optimization.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
