Job Title

A Process Director is required to lead our process engineering team.

  • This role involves performing complex process calculations, including heat and mass balance, utility sizing for API, OSD and Biotech Projects.
  • The successful candidate will prepare Pharma Process Equipment data sheets, line sizing, relief load & PSV calculation.
  • We require a strong knowledge of simulation software's such as HYSYS, ASPEN.
  • The Process Director will be responsible for preparing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs).
  • This role requires the ability to review all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety, including leading Hazop and PHA Reviews.
  • Process engineering calculations, thermal rating of heat exchangers, and hydraulics are key skills required for this position.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • The Process Director will also be involved in layout designing of API, OSD, Sterile and Biotech Projects.
  • Area classification and man material flow concepts are essential skills for this role.
  • Latest ISPE Guidelines and regulatory requirements of USFDA, MHRA, and WHO etc. are critical knowledge areas.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment selection criteria like Fermentation, Bioreactors, TFF, Chromatography, Filling Lines, etc.
