We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Marketing team.

  • This role involves supporting the marketing roadmap by identifying opportunities and developing strategies that align with business goals.
  • You will assist in product development, leveraging your understanding of consumer behavior and market trends to create innovative solutions.
  • Your responsibilities will also include conducting primary and secondary market research to gain valuable insights into consumer preferences and market dynamics.
  • You will develop product concepts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.
  • Executing marketing plans and improving processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness will be key aspects of this role.
  • You will coordinate product launches, campaigns, and agencies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Create briefs for packaging, creative, and digital initiatives that capture the essence of our brand.
Your Qualifications
  • A postgraduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG.
  • You should have strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development.
  • 'Get the job done' mindset with high initiative and ownership is essential.
  • Out of the box thinking and creativity to drive innovation is required.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and MS office skills to succeed in a dynamic environment are necessary.
  • A love for food and passion for the industry are a must.
