As a key member of our onboarding team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless candidate onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and verify accurate documentation for candidates to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with reputable agencies to expedite verification processes and minimize delays.
  • Work closely with the team to establish new client accounts and complete onboarding activities within tight deadlines.
  • Follow up with candidates and agencies to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.
  • Participate in client calls to discuss audit requirements and background check procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A degree in any field is required, but not necessarily related to human resources operations.
  • You should have 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or background verification.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills are crucial in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
