Job Title: Vendor Sourcing and Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled vendor sourcing and quality specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors for cricket equipment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, sourcing, and procurement – preferably in sports goods / manufacturing industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Vendor identification and evaluation to ensure high-quality cricket equipment production.
  • Sourcing and indenting of raw materials and finished goods from trusted vendor partners.
  • Quality assurance through 100% quality checks to guarantee cricket bats, balls, and accessories meet product standards.
  • Negotiating with vendors to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining product quality.
  • Implementing vendor performance tracking to monitor adherence to quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management, sourcing, and procurement in the sports goods / manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cricket bat manufacturing and raw material specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in quality control and inspection of sports equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor evaluation, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote role with travel flexibility to Meerut & Jalandhar vendor hubs.
  • Strong communication skills (English).
