Oracle EBS Finance SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) finance specialist to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance modules and be able to provide techno-functional support, drive root cause analysis, ensure issue resolution, and participate in change control efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical and functional support for Oracle EBS finance modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents within Service Level Agreement timelines.
  • Performing root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  • Participating in Change Advisory Board meetings and following change control processes.
  • Collaborating with business and IT teams for accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  • Working with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  • Providing support during peak periods like Finance Close and Cyber 6.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and resources for seamless issue management.
