Physiotherapy Facilitator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced physiotherapist to join our faculty as a Physiotherapy Facilitator.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy program, helping them build the right knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to work in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Deliver subject knowledge effectively through both theory and practical sessions, using relatable examples and interactive methods to enhance understanding and student engagement. Mentor and guide students regularly, tracking their performance and providing personalized guidance to address academic challenges and resolve doubts.
  • Classroom Environment: Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes open communication, participation, and continuous improvement. Encourage feedback and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Conduct assessments, maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback, and ensure consistent communication with the corporate academic team for student progress updates.
  • Academic Standards: Adhere to institutional policies, uphold training quality, and continuously work on self-improvement to provide students with the best learning experience.
Requirements:

Qualification: BPT or MPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy)

Experience: 1+ year in teaching or working as a physiotherapist

Skills: Good communication, Passion for teaching, Friendly and patient with students, Basic computer and tech skills
