
Learning Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning experiences by configuring and publishing courses, curricula, and learning paths.
- Ensure accurate course categorization, tagging, and metadata for seamless searchability and reporting.
- Manage enrollment processes, prerequisites, and completion requirements to streamline learner engagement.
- Coordinate content uploads and testing for SCORM, xAPI, and other package formats.
- Maintain course catalogs and guarantee content accuracy and currency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to course functionality and user access to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Conduct quality assurance of requested content assets to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Enforce adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions to facilitate efficient platform utilization.
- Monitor learner progress and completion rates across all courses and programs to inform data-driven decisions.
- Generate and analyze learning analytics reports to track engagement and effectiveness.
- Manage compliance training requirements and automated notifications to maintain regulatory alignment.
- Provide support for learners with technical issues and platform navigation to ensure a positive user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate system maintenance and updates.
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to align LMS capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Offer recommendations for platform optimization and feature utilization to drive business value.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new learning technologies and integrations to enhance the learning experience.
- Assist in developing learning governance policies and standard operating procedures to establish best practices.
- Participate in vendor meetings and platform upgrade planning to ensure a seamless transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development contexts
- Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand platform administration and configuration
- Understanding of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, AICC)
- Experience with content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
- Project management software proficiency (Smartsheets, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
- Cornerstone OnDemand certification or other LMS certifications
- Experience with learning content development methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles
Performance Metrics:
- Course publishing accuracy and timeliness
- Learner satisfaction scores and platform adoption rates
- Project delivery success rates and adherence to timelines
- System uptime and technical issue resolution times
- Content development project ROI and quality metrics
- Compliance training completion rates and reporting accuracy
