As a leader in data operations and management, you will be responsible for establishing and advancing the observability of our Enterprise Data & Analytics Platforms landscape.

Job Description
  • Design comprehensive frameworks to monitor performance, reliability, and availability of EDAA data platforms and services.
  • Define and track key Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across critical platform components and data pipelines.
  • Lead the integration of monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting tools to enable real-time insights and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with platform engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and product teams to enhance observability coverage and automate incident responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 11+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, or observability roles.
  • Proficient with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) Pipelines and strong expertise with observability tools and platforms (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Open Telemetry, Splunk).
  • Deep understanding of monitoring distributed data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
