About the Role:

  • Average 5 years of experience in consulting or technology roles, with at least 3 years focused on AI & ML solutions.">
  • Expertise in Python, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic systems.">
  • Leadership Quality: Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-grade AI projects.">
  • Business Consulting Mindset: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and business analysis skills.">
  • Python & AI Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries.">
  • Solid understanding of NLP, embedding, semantic search, and transformer models.">
  • LLM Ecosystem Fluency: Experience with OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face models; prompt engineering; tool/function calling and structured task orchestration.">

Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Independent management of end-to-end delivery of AI-led transformation projects.">
  3. IDentifying key enterprise challenges and translating them into AI solution opportunities.">
  4. Architecting and delivering cutting-edge AI systems using Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI function calling, semantic search, and vector store integrations.">
  5. Designing and deploying multi-step agent workflows using frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen or ReAct.">
  6. Client Engagement & Advisory: Building lasting client relationships as a trusted AI advisor.">
  7. Hands-on Prototyping: Rapidly prototyping PoCs using Python and modern ML/LLM stacks.">
  8. Thought Leadership: Conducting market research and contributing to whitepapers, blogs, and new offerings.">
