Key Responsibilities
  • Backend Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Data Integration: Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
  • Problem Solving: Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Architecture Design: Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Task Ownership: Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Technology Updates: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • Technical Skills: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Docker Experience: Experience using Docker.
  • Language Proficiency: English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership Mentality: Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Time Zone: Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
