Imagine leading the way in Salesforce technical services with a strong focus on Service Cloud.

We seek an exceptional candidate to drive the overall design and technical delivery of projects from initial analysis to final deployment.

This pivotal leader will be responsible for designing impactful architectures, actively participating in development and testing phases.

You will be a key member of our Centre of Excellence in Vadodara, driving innovation and transforming customer service.

  • Ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements as the technical design authority.
  • Lead and manage technical release and deployment processes including refresh cycles and environment management.
  • Participate in practical analysis, design, development, and testing of projects to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering excellence and continuous learning.
  • Oversee and coordinate technical design activities to ensure discipline and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases assessing their potential impact and benefits for ongoing projects.
  • Deliver on all project commitments on time and with highest quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of pertinent experience in Salesforce technical services with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools including LWC Lightning Web Components Visualforce and Apex.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Service and Community Cloud implementations including Case Management Milestones Incident Management and Bot/Agent force.
  • Proven experience with API REST services and JavaScript as well as integrations with corporate websites and bespoke solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycles, tools, and methods to support seamless deployments.
  • The ability to work at both detailed and abstract levels to address technical and business needs.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with quality.
  • Up-to-date Salesforce certifications are required.
