Position : Salesforce Lead EngineerExperience : 6+ YearsLocation : Vadodara, IndiaJob Summary : We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce technical services, specifically within Service Cloud.The ideal candidate will be a pivotal leader responsible for the overall design and technical delivery of projects, from initial analysis to final deployment.This role requires an individual who can not only design impactful architectures but also actively participate in the development and testing phases.You will be a key member of our Centre of Excellence in Vadodara, driving innovation and transforming customer service.Key Responsibilities : - Act as the technical design authority for all project facets, ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements.- Lead and manage the technical release and deployment processes, including refresh cycles and overall environment management.- Participate in the practical analysis, design, development, and testing of projects to ensure the highest quality of technical delivery.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.- Oversee and coordinate all technical design activities to ensure discipline and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.- Research and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases, assessing their potential impact and benefits for ongoing projects.- Deliver on all project commitments on time and with the highest quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications : - At least 6 years of pertinent experience in Salesforce technical services, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.- Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools including LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, and Apex.- Hands-on experience with advanced Service and Community Cloud implementations, including Case Management, Milestones, Incident Management, and Bot/Agent force.- Proven experience with API, REST services, and JavaScript, as well as integrations with corporate websites and bespoke solutions.- Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycles, tools, and methods to support seamless deployments.- The ability to work at both a detailed and abstract level to address technical and business needs.- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with quality.- Up-to-date Salesforce certifications are required (ref:hirist.tech)
