As a Senior Software Engineer, you will mentor and motivate your team to deliver high-quality products. You will collaborate with Product Management, User Experience, and engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain a highly available SaaS offering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in software design meetings for long-term code maintainability and extensibility

• Conducting code reviews and ensuring quality in written code

• Driving continuous improvement in the software development life cycle

• Providing ongoing feedback and working with engineers on their professional development

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment

• Excellent design and programming skills, primarily with a focus on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and Web Services technologies is a plus
