ERP Performance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our performance engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality performance tests, working closely with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues.

  • About the Role:
  • To design, develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies that ensure the optimal performance of our ERP systems.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test plans, tasks, schedules and execution of performance testing activities.
  • To identify and troubleshoot performance issues before they reach production, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • To work with developers to understand application changes and potential performance concerns, creating test scenarios that accurately simulate real-world usage.
  • To communicate performance issues effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • To integrate performance tests into our CI/CD pipeline, establishing a continuous build and test cycle that ensures seamless delivery.
  • To develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, strategies and best practices that enhance our overall performance engineering capabilities.
  • To lead, mentor and coach QA staff on testing best practices, driving excellence in performance testing.
  • Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in performance engineering, with a strong background in ERP performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or Neoload.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues.
  • Proficient in mid-tier services, client front ends and databases, with architectural background focused on system performance.
  • Understanding of testing approaches in Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies.
