Job Description:

A key player in our organization, the Performance Tester is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.

About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies, with expertise in tools such as JMeter and Load Runner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, design, and execute comprehensive performance tests to evaluate the efficiency and scalability of our systems.
  • To identify and report on potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • To develop and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and reports, adhering to industry best practices and organizational standards.
  • To stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies, applying innovative approaches to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on tools like JMeter and Load Runner.
  • Proven expertise in SAP GUI with True Client/Fiori and SAP SCM functional knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
