Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to fill this role. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to help them enhance their processes and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets. Develop and automate reports using Power BI and Google Sheets to support informed decision-making.
  • Database Management: Understand database structures in MySQL and SQL Server. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analytics.
  • Predictive Analytics: Apply statistical models to forecast future trends and outcomes based on historical data.
  • Dashboard Creation and Visualization: Leverage expertise in Power BI or Tableau for creating insightful dashboards and visualizations. Integrate various data sources into Power BI to build interactive dashboards.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Report Automation: Automate report generation and distribution to enhance efficiency and accuracy in business operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, data engineering, marketing, and finance teams to understand their needs and provide valuable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is highly valued.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS product-based company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MySQL, SQL Server, Python, Power BI, Google Sheets, and AWS S3. Strong understanding of database structure, data analytics, and predictive analytics.
