Job Overview:

This role involves the consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The individual will be responsible for reviewing standalone financials, providing a comprehensive overview of the group's financial health.

The position requires strong analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making. Effective communication is crucial, as the individual will interact with various stakeholders, including auditors, service providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Calendar Management: Coordinate with subsidiary teams to ensure adherence to quarterly closing schedules.
  • Consolidation Process: Perform financial statement consolidation, monitoring for completeness and accuracy.
  • Review and Analysis: Review financials received from subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates, providing clarification and guidance as needed.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to resolve queries and ensure timely completion of audits.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Financial Background: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in consolidation, with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IndAS and working knowledge of SAP required.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide solutions.
