Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & prototype wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components, applying a customer-centric approach to create value-added products.
  • Assist in gathering insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development strategies.
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for validation.
  • Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery, maintaining high standards throughout the process.
  • Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance, driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes, facilitating knowledge sharing and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development, focusing on mobility, automotive, or structural products.
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques, enabling effective product development.
