Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Community Manager to develop and nurture a thriving long-term community and social media presence. This role is crucial for maintaining our industry leadership by engaging with professionals and identifying future leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and engaging online communities, with experience in social media management, online event management, and influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online community.
  • Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community.
  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute online events such as webinars, workshops, and virtual conferences.
  • Manage all key social media channels, including posting content, engagement management, and performance reporting.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers.
  • Liaise with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.
  • Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
  • Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
