Generative AI Architect

Seamless Integration of Generative AI Solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer/Architect with strong expertise in building and deploying GenAI solutions with 4+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on AI/ML engineering skills with the ability to design scalable architectures, implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and optimize AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using cloud-native development tools like Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI ecosystems (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and programming fundamentals.
  • 4+ Years of experience.
