Job Title: AI Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to integrate GenAI into our engineering and DevOps ecosystem.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Search Systems.
  • They should be able to design and optimize prompts for Large Language Model (LLM) workflows ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • A strong background in RAG pipelines using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Qdrant is required.
  • Experience integrating LLMs into internal tools, CI/CD, and observability dashboards is essential.
  • Fine-tuning open-source and commercial LLMs for domain use cases is also a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to drive automation with GenAI.
  • Data privacy, governance, and ethical AI practices must be ensured.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6–10+ years of experience in engineering, with 2+ years hands-on in GenAI/LLMs/NLP.
  • Strong Python skills with experience in LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.
  • Deep knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying RAG architectures.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs.
