We are seeking a talented and creative motion graphic designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to bring innovative visual solutions to our projects. You will be responsible for creating captivating animations, videos, social media content, product videos, and other multimedia assets that engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital, web, and video platforms that captivate viewers.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketers to develop concepts that drive business results.
  • Animate typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project needs to create immersive experiences.
  • Edit and post-produce videos with motion graphics elements to enhance their impact.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all motion content to reinforce our identity.
  • Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas or techniques to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality and precision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field that demonstrates expertise.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in motion graphics or related creative roles that showcase skills and accomplishments.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is beneficial for enhanced capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling to create compelling narratives.
  • A keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout to create visually appealing content.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and work in a collaborative team environment to achieve common goals.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work that demonstrates expertise and creativity.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in video editing and sound design to add depth and emotion to visuals.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media to expand skillset.
  • Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD to streamline design processes.
