Software Quality Assurance Lead

Job Overview:
- A talented Test Engineer is required to lead a team of testers and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge on media domain testing, including set top box testing, UI feature validation, OTT apps testing, and IP streaming testing.
- Experience in requirement analysis, designing, developing, and building web-based applications is essential.
- Familiarity with Agile projects, Linux systems, and Git repositories is also necessary.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, as well as leading a team of 3-5 members in project activities such as estimation, strategy planning, test execution, code review, client support, and production support.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of testers and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements.
- Design and develop automated test scripts using Python scripts and Robo Framework.
- Analyze defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of media domain testing, including set top box testing, UI feature validation, OTT apps testing, and IP streaming testing.
- Experience in requirement analysis, designing, developing, and building web-based applications.
