Job Title:

Cisco UCCE CVP Specialist

A senior specialist is needed to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale contact center solutions using Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Voice Portal (CVP).

Responsibilities:

  • Design robust architectures for scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center solutions.
  • Lead or participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components.
  • Integrate Cisco UCCE and CVP with third-party applications, ensuring seamless operation with existing telephony and network environments.
  • Develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
  • Provide tier 3 support for complex issues, investigating root causes and resolving incidents involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Must have Cisco UCCE/CVP certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions, Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, etc.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools, Ansible, Python, PowerShell.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification or equivalent process knowledge.

  • Cisco CVP and VXML Server.
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager, CUCM.
