As an Expert Transaction Services Manager, you will work on complex, high-profile transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues.
  • Preparing high-quality TS reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members.
  • Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision.
  • Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions.
  • Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities.
  • Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives.
  • Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff.
  • Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards.
  • Contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients.
