Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing compliance functions to lead and manage the Compliance Function for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of regulatory requirements, operational compliance processes, and inspection readiness.

This role requires strong execution capability, a proactive compliance mindset, and hands-on experience in managing regulatory obligations for PMS and AIF structures.

  • Monitoring and interpreting regulations, ensuring all changes are accurately implemented.
  • Filing reports and disclosures to regulatory authorities.
  • Reviewing and implementing internal compliance manuals and control frameworks.
  • Leading inspections, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Supervising KYC/AML procedures and client onboarding documentation.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Investment and operational compliance monitoring.
  • Conducting training sessions on compliance updates and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records and audit trails.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization maintains a high level of regulatory compliance.


Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance processes.
  • Hands-on experience in managing regulatory obligations for PMS and AIF structures.
  • Proven track record of leading compliance functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
