Lead Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development across financial services, including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards.
  • Build relationships with clients, corporates, channel partners, and NBFCs/banks to expand the business.
  • Identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage a sales and service team to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial and market performance metrics to inform business strategies and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and RBI guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric financial solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development within the financial services or lending domain.
  • Thorough understanding of retail and SME financial products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales/loan disbursement targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial reports and market data.
  • Familiarity with compliance protocols and regulatory frameworks governing the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms relevant to lending and financial services.
